Cesar F.
For over 20 years, Cesar has been committed to delivering outstanding carpet and upholstery care. His career began in 2002, when he became a certified cleaning technician with the respected company Valley Cleaning and Restoration. Over the years, he gained comprehensive, real-world experience working on homes, commercial properties, and specialty cleaning projects.
When the company was sold in 2008, Cesar took his knowledge, skill, and customer-first work ethic and opened J and C Carpet Cleaning. As an owner-operator, he personally handles every job — ensuring consistent quality, honest recommendations, and a level of care that’s hard to find in larger companies.
